China Med Tour will follow the below simple Processes:
Phase I: Application & Information Gathering
STEP 1 : You fill out the China Med Tour on line application .
STEP 2 : We identify a suitable doctor and hospitals based on your situation and will send you an approximate estimate only for the treatment.
STEP 3 : You will send us the medical file as requested by doctor, like ECG, medical reports, scan reports, your doctor’s recommendations etc.
Phase II: Planning & Preparation
STEP 4 : We will also provide you with the Chinese Hospital and Doctor credentials, Doctors’ suggestions and the Doctors’ telephonic conversion with you for you to make an informed decision.
STEP 5 : You finalize on which treatment to follow, where to stay pre-hospitalization and post-hospitalization and also get the detail on expected medical expense and tour expenses .
STEP 6 : You make an advance payment of 10% of the estimated total expense for us to make the arrangements before your arrival.
Phase III: Medical Tour In China
STEP 7 : You arrive in China, We arrange Airport pick-up, lodging, and seeing Doctors.
STEP 8 : You proceed with treatments, post treatment resting and sight seeing. You will pay the remaining 90% balance of the total expenses to the health care facilities (for medical expenses) and the travel agency (for Sight seeing).
Phase IV: Return & Closure
STEP 9 : You finish your pleasant tour and We will send you to the airport for your return flight home.
Step 10: Once you return, your we will contact you to discuss your experience and get your feedback.
